Food is medicine, and with the right interventions almost anything is possible.
You don’t need more willpower — you need to nourish your body so it stops begging for the “unfoods” the industry keeps pushing on us.
I’m frustrated that the food industry is allowed to run riot at the expense of our wellbeing, our waistlines, and frankly, our sanity. But I’ve also seen firsthand that when women finally get the right strategy, structure and support, everything changes — energy, confidence, weight, mood, even how they see themselves in the mirror.
